3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

- Prepare the Item: Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or outside the return window, a partial refund may be issued.
